With over 42 years in the jewelry industry, I’m a GIA-certified gemologist with a JD and MBA from Colorado State University, formerly a credentialed appraiser and recognized subject matter expert. After retiring in 2018, I began offering pieces from my personal collection—acquired over decades—at or near scrap value for gold and gemstones.     The ring was as described - gorgeous! I have yet to get it appraised but it was Ebay authenticated. Not that I was going to return it but when I ordered it, it said free returns within 14 day. Once bought, it said no returns. Also, prior to buying I asked for addl pics. I received no response. However, once my offer was accepted, the seller sent me pics before I paid for it. Overall, I'm very happy
