Ordered well rooted plants. None had roots. Also, almost all dead except the one in the photo. Sent wrapped in a wet paper towel. Please don’t tell me to follow the directions that came with the item and then it will grow. It’s not salvageable. This is not worth contacting the seller or obtaining a refund. I am taking a loss.

We grow this plant from cutting. It has some roots. If you follow planting instructions included in the shipping, it will take root and grow in a few weeks. If you don't want the item, you can always request for refund and return the plant.

Initially when the live stock was shipped it was returned due to “poor” weather, I was willing to delay taking possession as the seller assured me they would send the live stock as soon as they could. All the clams arrived dead. The seller obviously didn’t remove them from the packaging between shipping attempts and so the live stock perished. Either this was incompetence or laziness, either way I will not be doing business with anyone who cannot conduct themselves with more professionalism.

The initial shipping was returned to sender by usps due to extreme weather conditions. I apologized I can't control the weather and usps delivery policy. After I got the package back, I repackage it and ship the second time but the extreme cold temperature at the shipping destination still killed the clams. I offered buyer to send replacement one more time at my expense but he refused and want refund. So I accept the return and will refund according to ebay return policy.
