  Item is used. Parts are missing. Seller had the gall to ask if I had checked the packaging for the missing parts. It might have been an inventory error but the service has been slow the item arrived used despite being marked new. It is advertised being as being metal while the decorative plates are plastic. There are multiple dings across the surface and I am disappointed to say the least.
