  These ARE NOT 350w pannels, simple as that for one thing. I got 20w from it max and nothing on the box, packaging or included documentation or even on the pannel says that it is. Its a no-name unbranded pannel that can be labeled as anything by sellers! So I initiate a return and refund, the seller wants me to cancel which I wont but never issues a return label so ebay gave them another week and nothing so eBay issue a refund and tell me I can keep it or toss it. Bad seller, fake listing spec's!
