I immediately contacted the seller who requested further information and photo's so that they can see the problem. The seller then contacted me upon receipt of the information. The immediately indicated that they would replace the umbrella immediately. WE HAD NO PROBLEM with the replacement. The Seller has been excellent with the after sales service.
