Great customer service. Good communication, answered all my questions. Postage was confusing. They need to use a better delivery company. Free to one address in Sydney but a charge for a different suburb in Sydney. No logic to that at all. Then it was delivered on its end in full view of the public, just inside the gate. NOT GOOD!!! The doll is advertised with dimensions that do not match the product. It is smaller. I requested a refund & received it after posting the doll back (free postage).

Seller did their part it's a shame about their courier. They didn't even deliver to the doorstep or knock on the door, they just dumped it in the driveway , I only found out when my dogs went ballistic, I'm on crutches, so jumping up to check took an effort. And the courier had already disappeared. package was also delivered a fews days past the expected date and there was no updating in the tracker link , so it looked like the couriers had the package for 2 weeks.
