    Seller contacted me a said item was damaged before it got shipped. I ask could I substitute it, they said no, but I could cancel the order. So I cancelled the order only to find that the seller had the item listed at a higher dollar amount. They also posted that I canceled the order, which I was told was my only option. Would not recommend this seller.

    Product was well packaged and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, this particular product was defective. This was a Manufacturer's issue not a Seller related issue. I read other reviews from prior sales which did work. The button snaps attaching the control unit to the pad did not fit together. Seller was very understanding, responded promptly and refunded the purchase price plus shipping cost.
