    Bought in auction from seller with many of the same items for sale. Pictures were definitely of the item in the listing which is always appreciated. Condition was described perfectly. Packaging was great with multiple layers of protection. Shipping speed was exceptional, very fast processing and then utilized FedEx for transport. I won't rate shipping cost because it's up to the buyer to bid accordingly for total cost value. Great experience and will definitely buy from this vendor again!

    The seller shipped within 1-2 days after winning the auction. This seller uses really professional packaging, there was no worry about shipping damage whatsoever. This laptop was advertised as being sold with no SSD and No OS installed, however it came with a 256gb SSD installed + Windows 10 Pro preinstalled! Not sure if that was intended but it was a nice surprise! Great value, great seller 100% A++!!

    The tablet came as described, no issues whatsoever. C grade condition. The sellers shipping speed was "great." Although one nitpick is the packaging, the box was slightly too small with less than 1/4in of bubble wrap around the tablet. I am grateful my delivery workers aren't throwing packages around, this tablet might have not survived free of damage. I plugged it in and it worked no problem. A+

    Item came as described, working, good price and shipping was as quick as expected considering Canada post has been dealing with strikes. Packaging was decent but could’ve used a bit more bubble wrap on the cpu itself as delivery guys drop kick stuff nowadays. Would buy from again tho. Thanks

    Computer worked but had a crack on the bottom. Contacted seller and no response. Shipping was decent but shipping cost a little high. Packaging was good. Item was not described as it said the value was good though as the product did work. Seller needs to talk to customers seems like they don't do that even with all the complaints of not answering anyone.
