    Excellent service! Shipped quickly with tracking, which proved useful when the USPS had the item "stuck in their system" for 7 days. Because of the tracking, I could see it was the Postal Service's issue, not the seller's. The seller was very quick on their end! The item was packaged securely and arrived safely!     The book was received in very good condition, better than the listing described as "good". Item could have been shipped in a padded mailer. There was a slight tear in the outer jacket of the book that may have happened during shipping of this very large cookbook.
