    product and packing perfect problem is ebay global shipping please read about it,,, This item along with 1 other packet , the other packet in December from global shipping was left with a stationery shop some 8 kilometers away.. the owner of the shop delivered the 2 packets today , a gesture of good will , knowing I had NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE DELIVERY some 8 k away,, SO WHO IS GLOBAL SHIPPING USING some totally incompetence delivery ,,I WANT TO KNOW WHOM YOU ARE USING ?????

    We are pleased that you have received your item. This item was ordered from us on the 20th December, despatched the same day and received by the Ebay GSP centre on the 21st December. Unfortunately we do not have any control who Ebay use to ship to other countries.
