We opened an inquiry with AEM immediately following the buyer's complaint. AEM's warranty department is sending a replacement pipe adapter, buyer thinks the part was left out purposely. We've been in constant communication with him on a daily basis, but buyer is unwilling to be patient while we get this resolved.

Need to use a different method of shipping items. USPS is doing a poor job of delivering item in a timely manner. 10 days to complete this transaction from Florida to Central Georgia. Not acceptable.
