I paid, and the funds cleared from my account on June 20, 2025. Four days later—without any communication in the meantime—I received a text saying they couldn’t fulfill the order. This is completely unacceptable. I've been aware of Wade Myers through dental groups, and he has a great reputation! That being said, I have had difficulty contacting anyone through the phone numbers listed on the item for a separate transaction. No problems through eBay, but don't expect a call back if you try the phone numbers! TBD if the refurbished unit will NEED a call back; so far functioning well!

However, when the item was received, the connection side of the hand-piece was broken, bearing in mind the item was advertised as new. I contacted the seller regarding advice on repairs. My message was just ignored. For someone who advised on the listing that he is a trained dental serviceman, he should be aware item was faulty. Morita also advised item was broken.
