    This seller went above and beyond in my purchase from them. Not only did they go out of their way to get the item to me via overnight delivery, but they packaged the item extremely well, and even stuck a "caution: electro static sensitive device" sticker on the bubble wrap that they packaged the cooler in. In the end, I wasn't able to use the cooler because it didn't fit in my case, but even then the seller was friendly and understanding. A++ seller!

    Motherboard was almost new, but sold as brand new with all accessories. Upon asking seller admitted it was slightly used. I mentioned some accessories were missing when listing said they were included and got a somewhat snarky response that I could return the item and pay more for something else from China. I will admit price was great and item seems to be working correctly even though it wasn't wrapped in an anti-static bag when shipped. Listing wasn't entirely accurate, but item seems fine.
