after initial issues about the goods being not exactly what was shown on the pictures, the customer service was very helpfull and solved the issue.

Finally the issue was perfectly solved by gpx-scooters by sending a refund. Although the springs are not what I was looking for, the overall customer service is great by offering several options to solve the issue.
