    Requested to return part as we replace our washing machine with a new 1 before part arrived. Seller listed item as returns available but on my request to return it was denied. I contacted the seller explaining the situation but still no response. Will never buy from again and highly recommend you not to as advertises with returns available but won’t. Doggy!

    We clearly stated in the listing that the seller does not accept returns, so it’s the buyer’s responsibility to check carefully before purchasing. You chose to buy our board, then later changed your mind and decided to purchase a new machine instead -that’s not our fault. It’s unfair to blame others when things don’t go as you planned. You also never provided us with a proper explanation for the return. Your only reason was simply: ‘doesn’t like it.’ That’s not acceptable.
