  Habe das bestellt mit Versand kosten und dann hatte er mir Nachricht geschrieben und wollte mehr Geld haben weil die Versand Kosten teuer wahr als er mir genommen hatte….dann Must ich noch 10.30€ bezahlen bei ups das ich das packet überhaupt bekomme

  The shipping error was unintentional. You were offered to pay $38 for the actual cost ($50), and you declined. We still shipped your order, assuming a loss. The €10.30 you paid is a customs fee, not ours. We did everything possible to ensure you received your package. Negatively complaining after receiving a favorable response reflects a lack of appreciation for our efforts.
