When I contacted the seller, they repeatedly deflected responsibility, asked the same questions over & over to waste time & delayed any meaningful resolution. Eventually, they offered only a small partial refund for the 2 faulty items and continue to be stalling this partial refund with excuses (it has been over a month of excuses/delays). This seller is misleading, irresponsible & certainly not worth dealing with!! AVOID!
