  Item was reserved quickly and good packaging, but it’s not right item, so I requested return and refund, seller is easy to communicate with, send me the return label and I shipped it back, once seller got the item back, I got my money back. It’s kind disappointing that I didn’t get what I want, but it’s went smooth. Be warned that when purchase online better communicate with seller first, make sure what’s included what’s not, overall it’s good experience.

  I’m really happy with my Amazing Yamaguchi Eren figure! The seller was very understanding and even explained the shipping duties process clearly, which helped a lot since I didn’t know about it.
