  Submitted a $28 offer for a Huggies Wipes case that the seller wanted almost $50 for (includes shipping). Seller accepted offer. When package arrived box was tore up and the Huggies plastic container was tied up inside a small white trash bag. There was a crack in the lid. I contacted seller asking for a refund. Seller then complained that I offered half of asking price and was rude saying there was no way those containers could crack. Refused to resolve issue will be contacting eBay.

  Buyer left retaliatory negative feedback after filing an item not received claim stating “I want my $20 back” her offer was $20 not $28. Contacted me 4 days after delivery, I asked for pic proof 3 days ago and today sends pic with what looks to be a surface mark on container. Item was securely packaged in a small white bag (not a trash bag) and sturdy box. I’ve been nothing but professional while buyer has been rude sarcastic and dishonest. I told her eBay will handle.   The item arrived in a damaged unopened box, just as the listing described, and shipping was surprisingly fast given the time of year.   The seller is very cordial. There was a shipping fee issue. 3 items were purchased, each containing their own shipping fee (unbeknownst to me). Only one fee was charged in the billing. The seller still shipped the items, personally paying the remaining shipping fees. Excellent customer service! I would recommend this seller to anyone!
