Reached out to seller with photos, the first said no problem they would send out a new part to replace the broken bracket. Never heard back so i reached out again, and the seller wanted me to give them my personal information. Still have not received the broken part replacement. Other than that the chair is fantastic and works amazing. just have to be careful with the left leg brace due to the broken bracket.

If no for minor wear on one small wheel this refurbished electric dolly could easily pass as new. This should be described as like new. Shipping was fast and in original box. Just let them know if I ran into an issue. Very Pleased!

It is now July 27 and according to the tracking number that I received it hasn’t even shipped yet. The fact that I got a good price on it is irrelevant if I don’t get the product on time. I tried contacting the supplier and had to leave a message. I got no response.
