The seller put signature required on the shipment without informing me so it delayed the ETA of the item. A lock was placed on the shipment and I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with UPS figuring out how I would receive my items. After purchase I received a discounted offer on the item of the same listing and the seller wouldn't match the price.
