    The item I purchased arrived very quickly and was safely packaged in a bubble wrap lined envelope, the condition was as shown in the photos and although it had a slightly broken case nothing a case change couldn't fix, especially for the cost of the item it was well worth it!

    Free delivery and it came 2 days after it was bought. Original plastic wrapped was missing from the outside, and the box had been opened, but for £20 (including the free delivery) I'm not complaining. The kit was in perfect condition inside and that's all that matters.

    Item arrived and the box was damaged during delivery, packaging was dirty and the bottom right corner of the box is completely shattered somehow, not like this in photos and the pieces are in the packaging, so must have happened during transit.

It appears the damage occurred during transit, and we completely understand how disappointing this must be.Please accept our sincere apologies for the condition it arrived in. We will be raising a complaint with the courier about the handling of this parcel.
