Our story began in 2012. We started off as a device trade-in service paying customers for their unwanted gadgets sitting around at home. We’ve grown to become Australia’s leading supplier in the refurbished electronic device market.

The problem was raised with the seller immediately, and after proving the item was not as intended, a return authorisation was issued, After it arrived back with the seller, and they verified their mistake, I was offered the option of a full refund, and this has promptly been paid. Thank you for a minimal delay in rectifying the problem.
