Our story began in 2012. We started off as a device trade-in service paying customers for their unwanted gadgets sitting around at home. We’ve grown to become Australia’s leading supplier in the refurbished electronic device market.

We specialise in selling direct to customers online. But our wings are also spread over wholesale sales.

    Had a problem initially, where the tablet in the box was not what was described on the label affixed to the box, or what was described on the webpage. The problem was raised with the seller immediately, and after proving the item was not as intended, a return authorisation was issued, After it arrived back with the seller, and they verified their mistake, I was offered the option of a full refund, and this has promptly been paid. Thank you for a minimal delay in rectifying the problem.

    There was a kerfuffle, and the seller was magnificent. The Australia post lost the item. The seller was always, polite and very helpful. I recommend this seller to any buyer The item remains lost, however the seller, I imagine at their cost refunded the money. I don't see why the seller ought to be out of pocket but as a pensioner I'm very grateful ********** ( ten stars out of five. ) .
