    Shipping was very quick with it coming just around eBay's estimation but a little bit earlier. Packaging was done with bubble wrap and paper all around the cooler. Small items like screws were also packaged well in small boxes to prevent them from being lost in the process of shipping. Description matches it exactly. I would have believed it was new and not refurbished - excellent. Value was perfect with it being around the price of new but with a small discount.

Not sure if it wasn't checked or shipping damage, contacted the seller and they helped me out with free shipping back and full refund upon seeing that the item didn't work.
