  I ordered computer earlier this month. Before it arrived I noticed I ordered wrong one, I ordered computer with i7 7th generation I wanted at least 9th generation i7. Emailed tech leaf. Kailey Carter called me back from tech leaf, she was great they mailed right computer out after, I payed small upgrade fee.   Computer was so well packed that, even if the shipper drop kicked it all the way here, it would've survikved. Unfortunately the wrong item was shipped in error. It was sent back and the seller issued a prompt refund. Would've bought again but the item I wanted was gone. Based on quick error correction would definiteloy consider the seller again.

  This is my second purchase from this seller, and, if it’s possible, I’ll never order from anyone but Tech Leaf. Items come well-packed, but not without excess or unneeded packaging, and the items are as described. My only complaint is FedEx as a shipping method. If my neighbors weren’t honest, I’d have never seen this package EVER. And the actual tracking was a nightmare (delivery date kept being changed at the very last minute, and updates were useless), but Tech Leaf is A+.
