    I ordered my item August 6. It wasn't shipped until August 12! I received it August 15 which was fast but didn't understand waiting almost a week to ship it!!! Packing was great no damaged which was great. It's beautiful and I love it. I guess Ive been spoiled by all the wonderful sellers shipping my items within 1 to 2 days.

    All of my listings state up to 5 business days for handling, and this order shipped in 4—**ahead of schedule**. After the buyer reached out, I explained the policy and shipped a day early as a courtesy. I balance a full-time job, my shop, and other obligations, so handling time is clearly stated to set expectations. As the buyer noted, the item arrived quickly and in great condition.
