  terrible system to access. they deny your cards (never been denied) for no reason. they never answer when you object to something. they don't send your product even when they confirm paid. they take over a month to send and then don't send when the time frame is long since up. don't have this trouble with Amazon... Never

  This is NOT the proper dossier perfume eventho the picture and the product that arrived said so too, it smells awful, no cherry or amber, just a synthetic cheap floral bathroom spray smell. Their was also some small specks floating in it. The seller was fast to reply and offered a partial refund without me having to return it so that was great and appreciated
