We are a small local appliance business located in Norfolk, VA and have been operating since 1998. We sell all major appliances as well as repair and perform service to them. Over the years from time to time we would sell an appliance part. It soon turned into selling one daily to selling a few daily so we decided to expand and start selling online on eBay. We have many more parts than what is listed, and also carry many discontinued, NLA parts so please reach out to us if you can't find the one you need...We might just have it! If you are trying to repair your appliance yourself, we can offer help and / or guidance if you are having trouble diagnosing or fixing it.     Ordered the part, received and ETA on part arrival. ETA came and went, part order was accepted but nothing shipped. Finally reached out to seller, seller played dumb, acting like they had shipped parts out already. Forgetting that everything is tracked with times and dates. Once seller finally shipped packaged, unit arrived. Seller had spray painted the components to mask the rust build up. Also seller bent metal tabs and components in order to have the item fit in the box they were shipping in.

    Why did you return it then if it was so awful as you say? I shipped it on time and It was not painted by us. It was a used part that you bought you know.
