And it arrived is a small envelope that could have been shipped (retail - not Ebay discounted prices for about $1) but I was charged $5.95 shipping. I could have bought all these parts by their part number and gotten just what I needed from Lego directly for less money. I contacted the seller and he did not offer a satisfactory correction.
