Brand new as described, was skeptical because there were only stock photos, but the seller responded to my messages and sent me pictures of the game, good shipping package, and for a good price of $60 USD is great for an 8th generation game that's factory sealed.   Packaging was secure and excellent, as good as can be expected, protecting item. Item exactly as described. Note to anyone looking to buy Korean version of a videogame to get the DLC code in another country, for a delisted game: you can't circumvent with new Korean PSN account because it requires mandatory Korean residency via Social Security Number. Almost any other country you can, but not Korea. While my plan to get delisted DLC didn't work out, I'm very happy with seller and shipping.

I think the value was amazing, it was an amazing price for a game that I am truly passionate for, especially since it's brand new.
