    Very disappointed with this transaction. I received a turbo with a visible crack near the wastegate area, which was covered in paint—likely to hide the defect. This is unacceptable for a supposedly refurbished item. The seller did not offer a satisfactory solution, only suggesting a return. I do not recommend this seller, especially for important turbo mechanical parts.

    Cancelled the order and claimed they were "currently experiencing a delay in the supply shipment, and this housing is currently out of stock", despite that, the item still says it had 10+ available, and within a couple hours of my purchase, they raised the price from $98.80 USD to $198.80 USD. This part is something I need badly and I absolutely would not suggest giving them any of your money, though realistically they'll just give yours back and try to get more from somebody else. Waste of time

    Fast shipping. There was an issue with the turbos and I had to send them back. They communicated very well through that process and quickly. They also issued a refund right away. Although the part didn't work out for me the seller was great to work with!
