    At first the communication through text/chat was frustrating, but after calling and talking with Harold directly the process of agreeing to a price & shipping charge was much easier. The two doors arrived seemingly well protected, with each door wrapped in plastic, overlaid with cardboard where the door was going to contact the wooden bracing and away from each other, then the pallet was wrapped with more plastic ready for shipment. The doors arrived in good condition, and ready for installation
