Item purchased and paid for on the 8th. 12 days later item still hasn't be dropped off to shipper. Contacted seller to cancel transaction, he refused. A classic case of seller is selling something he doesn't have. Ordered same item from a different seller and it arrived in less than 4 days. This seller is now blocked on my end, will not be doing business with again.

I sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping. I had a heart attack and was in the hospital so was not aware that there was a shipping issue. The post office was in possession of your package so the order could not be cancelled. I promptly contacted USPS when I was notified of the issue and fixed the issue. This is not a case of not having the item. I have several of these in stock.
