DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!The watch broke after 4 weeks. The seller has said it is wear and tear!! No refund or offer to help with cost of repair. Heart has fallen off face- as seen on photo, moonphase broken and looses time. RUBBISH AND FEEL LIKE SELLER HAS STOLEN MY MONEY. EBAY WILL NOT HELP AS I REPORTED THIS AFTER 31 DAYS AND IT WAS A 30 DAY RETURN. By law repairs should be oftered if under 6 mnths old! I have been offered nothing.

Buyer is correct…brand new item used for longer than stated in EBay returns policy so rightfully denied return. Buyer asking for money saying wants to take to a jeweller..I offered free repair service for their accidental damage but no reply
