    Had to follow seller up as item had not arrived and still hasn't. What is worse they came back with " let us know if not there in 5 days." Very poor service and you think if you wanted 5 stars you would be more proactive in chasing your courier, not leaving it for me to let you know if not delivered after another 5 days. As a seller you need to pick up your game, take accountability and own the issue not make it the buyers issue.
