  Very poor communication with me and their was tracking but it did not say anything and eas supported to arrive in 8 more days but somehow came today

  This customer was informed that the item was to be sent untracked regular letter they ordered on friday i messaged them about this on saturday thy replied on sunday that it was ok to send it wthout tracking i sent it on sunday. On tues they emailed when are you going to send it i messaged back immmediatly that it had been sent and would take between 5 and 8 working days. on wednesday morning they cancelled the order i issued a refund straight away and now the tees have arrived unhappy ????
