When I shared pictures, the seller responded quickly with a refund & expressed how sorry they were.     Item was well packaged/exactly as described. Seller was out of town when order was placed, communicated that & immediately shipped upon return. My only deduction comes with the cost of the shipping it seems as if the item should have arrived earlier, but I could be incorrect on that. I ordered an item from another vendor several days after this-a larger, heavier item and it was shipped in the same manner and arrived sooner. Some things are just out of our control. Love my replacement piece!
