    There was a problem with shipping completely outside this sellers control. They not only answered messages right away but offered a refund. I kept the item anyways as it still met my need and was a good deal. Shipped quickly and packed adequately but the shipper may have handled it roughly as it is a heavy awkward item. This seller is top notch not only for quality of item but their professionalism and customer service.

    I placed an order for a vacuum sealer and the seller shipped it within one day. The tracking information from USPS showed it arrived at its Dallas location on the 16th and never left USPS for 18 days. This was not the sellers fault, IT WAS USPS. I contacted the sealer for a refund and he agreed. The seller apologized for the shipping and I told him it was not his fault but that of USPS. Seller stated that if the vacuum sealer should ever arrive that I could just keep it. Great seller...
