    Item never arrived (NOT seller’s fault), total screwup with FedEx. Seller was very responsive to messages and tried working with FedEx to resolve issue. When issue wasn’t resolved, seller issued refund promptly. I would buy from seller again on customer service alone.

    I am no longer using Fed Ex to ship as they do not have a method to correct incorrect deliveries nor a sensible method to obtain reimbursement when that happens.

    This seller is excellent. There was an issue with my purchase - he sent me the Blu Ray copy versus the DVD, and he fixed the issue almost immediately by shipping me the DVD. I asked about returning the Blu Ray, and he politely requested I send it back then paid for the shipping. Overall, I found this seller to be very pleasant, and I will buy from him again. Excellent customer service.
