Excellent packaging to protect the items. Documentation in box/contact info. First thought it was a used item as was covered in tranny fluid but documentation explained the reasoning behind it. Came with a new plate which I was told I do not need as my valve body has the upgraded already but I might as well use it once I'm in the tranny. Will purchase from them again. Solid seller.
