  Can’t fault the timeliness of delivery and value for money but the item sent was not as pictured. I was after the Universal Soft SP600 mop cloth as per the advertised photo but received the standard cloths which I already have. Seller has not replied to my query if this was a mistake or intentional. I will be able to use the Standard Universal cloths I was sent but I still need to buy the product pictured for slate and laminate floors as specified by the manufacturer.
