I am very satisfied with the quality of the cells as well as great post-sale communications.   Order product and waited a week and no update no attempt to ship out product. Contact seller is when they attemp to ship out product.waited another week till it finallly arrived. If u want to buy from someone who take there time and wait till u contact them. Then this is the place to buy from. Product did come in as describe.with a couple part that was bent but nothing bad where i cant just bend it back

  Received set from seller. Discovered connector on harness was broken. Contacted seller for resolution. Seller offered $20 refund. Explained to seller the cheapest I could find to replace harness was $59.99. Asked seller to either send me another harness or refund $59.99 so I may purchase another one. Seller then offered a $40 refund. Still wouldn’t cover the amount to replace. Each communication took seller several days to respond. This is unacceptable. Seller does not make good on mistakes.

  Multiple attempts to explain the problem with the seller, but minimal communication and refused to make it right. The seller sent a battery module for a tesla 60kwh pack, however, the pictures of the listing were a 85kwh pack. Visual differences show the comparison (empty battery slots), I sent multiple pictures showing the difference, but they refused to believe the difference. Slow communication response times led me to miss my return window, so I'm stuck with a item I can't use.
