I ordered the "Whole Milk" and i received the "Instant Milk". Seller said it is the same product but different packaging and he offered to refund. I kept it as i need it, but I could have purchased the "Instant milk" for a less price from other sellers. Before providing this feedback, I waited for few days for the seller to update the photo (if it was actually an innocent mistake) but they didn't, so here is my feedback.

The advertisement is unclear; and needs to display how many packs of floss for $16.
Dissatisfied. IHerb has 1 floss pack for AU$9.00 approx. I paid approx double for the floss packs.

Whilst it is entirely your prerogative to leave a negative comment, please attempt to be truthful. You never once contacted us, and still till now have not bothered to reach out. In addition, all our descriptions and images are accurate. If you fail to read the descriptions correctly, the onus is upon you - you should not be lashing out at sellers and maliciously damaging their reputation by attempting to falsely accuse them of misleading you. That is quite frankly shameful behaviour.
