    Der Brief kam völlig zerrissen hier an. Nach Prüfung durch einen Fachmann, stellte sich heraus, dass die Fernsteuerung defekt ist, funktioniert überhaupt nicht, was vom Verkäufer bestritten wurde. Und zu guter letzt musste ich noch € 20,00 für den Rückverssand bezahlen, eine Unverschämtheit sondergleichen. Nie wieder im Ausland bestellen, rate dringend davon ab

    Thank you for your comments. However, we will have to declare that the PilotOne II was fully functionable when it was returned by the customer. A full refund was made as soon as we received the return.
