Complained about a faulty rim cover that did not stick properly, and they promised to send a replacement but it never arrived. They lied, They used AI generated messages to fob off and lie and make false information and promises to customers. I waited 57days since 27th May to receive replacement item but it was a big lie , itnever arrived. They kept promising that the shipping company was responsible for the delay. Very dishonest.
