Our mission is to deliver quality products every single time a customer places an order, and we do so by thoroughly inspecting every single product that we list. We also package and ship our products the way that we like to receive them, because we're collectors too! Each LP, CD, cassette, DVD, etc. are securely sandwiched in cardboard, then put in their shipping containers, so they can have a safe and smooth ride to their new homes! The transaction was easy and shipped quickly, no problem there. The cassette tape plays like it's 36 years old and doesn't sound too good, but no fault of the seller. No returns was in the description, but the seller did offer to refund me if I shipped it back to him. Too much cost and trouble involved for a few dollars, so I'll just eat the cost and keep it. Otherwise, good transaction.
