  Good quality crash bars at a very reasonable price, very well packaged. Ordered Saturday late afternoon, delivered before midday Thursday, 5 days from Poland to UK, fantastic service from Heed. Communication was great throughout and I would not hesitate purchasing from them again, I recommend them 100%. Thank you very much.

  All good with supplier. Carriers not so good , they advised delivery on a certain day which I was not available so rescheduled for the next day. I got an email from the carrier confirming new delivery date but the brought it on the original day and left I unattended on my front door step! Luckily it was still there in the evening when I returned.

  Excellent communication with prompt response to emails. Item arrived securely packed. Quality crashbar with welds and finish coating perfect. Instruction sheet was easy to follow. I am now looking at a second purchase from Heed. I would highly recommend this seller.

  Arrived late that down to ups they called me asked for 45 pounds import tax so paid there and then following day they arrived at my door demanding 45 pounds wich we replied we have paid it he demanding it then was supposed to arrive following day but it didn't now arrived looks decent see how it fits

  This is a great item, supplied quickly by a reputable firm. However, and no reflection on the supplier, I resent repeated, almost begging requests from eBay to provider a review. When a customer does not respond to the initial request to review an item that should be enough. Not good enough for eBay they get badgered into it by multiple emails, which really pisses me off!

  Für den Versand aus dem Ausland ging die Lieferung ziemlich schnell. Auch gute Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer. Habe das Teil (Sturzbügel) noch nicht ausgepackt, aber ich denke es wird alles Ok sein.
