    I’m leaving a five star even though the item doesn’t work. None of it works & we tried getting it fixed but it’s a useless furby. The shop owner was very nice though & I do believe the item was working before it got shipped. It was packed nicely. She was sending a video of it working but eBay wouldn’t allow it to be sent to me. I’m not happy any longer about the price I paid. If it worked, I’d be happy. I’ll just buy another when I can. This was a gift so it’s so disappointing big time 😞

    I'm truly sorry to hear that the Furby caused such disappointment. I would have loved to help further, but unfortunately the request came outside of eBay’s return window, and I’m unable to process a return or refund at this point due to their policy restrictions.
