Actual item & transaction with the Seller was quite good, only drawback was the Courier Company they used - PFL Carrier - who are the worst I've ever experienced. Item was picked up by them from the Seller, then according to their own tracking app, sat in their Brisbane Depot for close to 8 days without moving. I contacted them by email, as no phone option, & the next day they "tried" to deliver - I was home all day. Then contacted them again, & finally 4 days later it arrived - 3 weeks late!!!!
